Dr V. And her assistant were absolutely amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and gave me my confidence back. The regional manager and the Ladies in the front, are absolutely so welcoming and did an amazing job.

My daughter has been going to Family Dental since she was born, and she's 6 now. I've also been going to Family Dental for several years now. My daughter and I have never had an issue with them. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait before you are brought to the back, however, they do their best to get you to the back to be seen as quickly as they can. Dental emergencies pop up, and we are very understanding when we have to wait longer than normal. Anything that's ever needed to be done, whether it be a cleaning, x-rays, fillings, cavity removal, deep gum cleaning, just anything, it's always been a great experience. Their current staff and dentist are extremely professional, friendly, helpful, informative, and supportive! My daughter and I love coming here, and will continue to go here for ma

I had a filling come out this past Sunday, shortly after getting a cleaning done. Contacted office Monday morning at opening for an emergency appointment bc I’m in extreme pain. They booked me for that day, then call me back 5 minutes later to say the dentist isn’t in and I’ll have to come back Tuesday. I bought DenTek (temporary filling) to try and ease the pain a little, but no help. Today is Tuesday, I take a lunch break early to get this procedure done. I get there they take a couple x-rays of my mouth & then tell me a small filling may have came out but it looks like it’s in tact… after telling them about the temporary filling I bought. I tell them again about my pain, and then I’m told “we can’t do anything because the dentist called out again today.” Didn’t do a single thing for me

Worst experience I've ever had. The dentist was nice and she did a decent job but he nurse was horrible. She cut up my entire gums doing XRays and she even hit my face with the machine. She also then dripped the cleaning solition all over my face and hair when cleaning my teeth the enitre time. She apologizedwhen it firsthappened and tried to clean it, but then just kept going dripping more and more. I was super nice, so I don't feel like it was payback for a bad attitude, but honestly just felt traumatized when I left the office.

Ladies in the front where very nice. But the Dentist was not. It was very noisy and couldn't hear what she was saying. And really didn't want to talk to me. This was the worst dentist visit l have ever had in my whole life. Sorry to say that. I will look for another Dentist.
