I do not recommend this dental office. After more than 12 years as a patient, they stopped accepting my insurance (a reputable and established plan) without notifying me. I only learned of the change after questioning a billing statement. This lack of communication reflects poor professionalism and respect for patients. Since moving to another dentist, I’ve found the quality of care and service to be much higher.

Dr. Gao did an amazing job on my implant. I was comfortable, felt no pain both during and after the procedure. He personally called me the day following the procedure to make sure I was doing well. He and his staff are professional, friendly and caring. The two beautiful ladies at the front desk were amazing and super professional. For over 10 years, Dr. Gao and Dr. Liang have given my family quality dental care with a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Gao and Dr. Liang to my friends and anyone looking for a great dentist.

I went to see Dr. GAO for my front teeth that were in very bad shape. Went for my initial appointment and discussed what was needed. I needed two crowns. Went back for the temporary crown appointment and the experience was fantastic. He explained everything that would take place very well. A few weeks later I went back and the permanent crowns were put on. My teeth are amazing.

Dr. Gao and Dr. Eileen Gao are always nice and caring. One day my husband got an emergency, one of his teeth that needed to be taken care of with a crown. Dr. Gao did a wonderful job. My husband said Dr. Gao showed him the details about before and after. He said he knows Dr. Gao is the right person to go and X-ray showed it was in good shape. For my husband’s personal experience after seeing multiple dentists, he feels Dr. Gao is the most experienced, responsible dentist. The bill coordinator and office manager are nice and responsible as well. We have insurance coverage and never had an issue after treatment. The office has an advanced machine that can take pics of the teeth. Dr. Gao can explain the treatment plan for us thru the pics. You can totally trust this office.

The WORST dental experience I could ever dream of. I went in for an initial visit, only to be told that I’d need crowns and that my teeth are in “horrible condition”. Feeling concerned and not having anywhere else to go due to insurance, I trusted Dr. Gao. BIG MISTAKE. My crowns visit consisted of me waiting an extremely long time (at least 30-40 mins) in the chair alone waiting for the numbing to work. After Dr. Gao began working on shaving the tooth down, my mouth was still not numb and I felt every bit of it. I kept having to tell him to stop because the pain was unbearable. He tried numbing again, only for it to still not work. Then, with 10 minutes left before closing, he tried to complete my crown setup. Gritting through the pain, we finally got it done.
