Family Dental Health of Park West

Mill Creek was fantastic as was Dr Jasik. That being said, I showed up for a cleaning today. They have been great about texting me for the last week about today’s cleaning. Well, I arrive to the office being closed and Dr Jasiks name scraped off the door. Apparently they are going to open for Mondays only in a couple of weeks. Very strange.

I have been going to Dental Care at Mill Creek For about 4 Years. The staff is always courteous and professional. Dr.. Miller was a great dentist and he is the one I started out with. Dr. Jasik is SUPER! HCM transferred to James Island . I always feel welcomed when I go to the Demtist.

I swear this office never answers the phone. It's frustrating. They also aren't open on Fridays, don't understand why. Dr. Miller just left one day. No explanation, asked the staff when I went in for a cleaning and they didn't know either. Like huh?? They also don't know what they're doing when it comes to insurance, twice now, they have billed my spouse and I incorrectly, which is frustrating, because as I stated before, they never answer the phone.

I think this was the best cleaning I have ever had. I have sensitive teeth and the Hygienist took her time and was extremely caring. Both her and the Dentist looked into all my concerns. Was not rushed at all. Would highly recommend but unfortunately the staff changes often at this practice.

Mill Creek is by far the best dental care you can get. I have had other dentist and dental hygienist. The crew here are by far the most personable, professional, and speak in layman’s terms. They actually make me want to go to the dentist instead of dreading it. Shout out to Jodi for taking her time to clean my teeth and not “force” the cleaning. She is awesome.
