My husband and I had our 1st visit with Dr. Hiller today due to our previous dentist retiring. I must say I was very pleased with how quickly we were waited on and the friendliness of our hygienist. Dr Hiller looks young, but was extremely thorough and focused. He was very nice and took care to make sure I was okay as he replaced a crown that came off. I felt very comfortable with him as was my husband. So we believe we definitely made the right choice in choosing him. It was a really good experience.

I have been going here for 5 years, with my children. I loved this office and staff. I have scheduled 3 of us at the same time every time and they have always been accommodating. I confirmed my appointments x3, last week. Received a reminder text x2 per person. When we arrived, I was told there were “no” notes about our visit and asked the reason we were there. Then was told the kids could be seen for their cleaning but I had not been scheduled for a cleaning but to “meet the doctor”… not sure why, I’ve been a patient for 5 years. Needless to say, the environment was no longer warm and friendly, it’s filled with incompetence. Im not sure where the regular staff went but seems like its a bunch of temporary staff filling in. I have been going to Palmetto Family Dental since 2008. Drs Mitchell and Hellers and their staff have been wonderful. They have been so honest and kind. Even after I retired in 2016 I kept driving over an hour twice a year because I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I would give them more than 5 stars! Yesterday, however when I had my appointment I was so very disappointed to find that a large corporation had purchased their business. The price has almost doubled and except for Mitchell and Hellers still working there, I was not happy. I’m not going to review the new awful owners “business” as I only wanted to say that I loved Palmetto and I will miss them.

recently started going to this dental office as of a couple weeks ago when I needed to be seen quickly due to an infection. I’m in need of a lot of dental work and I had my first dental procedure today which was a root canal. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of care. Dr. Rachel was very professional, friendly, very attentive, and made sure I was comfortable & informed throughout the entire procedure. Ive always been so embarrassed of my teeth and the amount of dental work I need done. Dr. Rachel and her assistant made me feel the complete opposite though & I was so happy with my experience. Overall, an excellent experience—I’m glad to have found this dental office and have already booked my next appointment to develop a dental plan here.

I’ve been a patient here for about 20 years with no issues at all. The doctors and staff are great. However, apparently they’ve been bought out by a corporate company and have nearly doubled in price from my last visit 6 months ago to today. Of course no one was made aware of this price increase. So I had my cleaning, then was told it had gone up $100 afterwards when it was time to pay. Needless to say, my husband and I are going elsewhere.
