Family Dental Center

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because it’s the minimum required to post. I wish I had done more research before scheduling at Watsonville Family Dental Center. During my first appointment, I waited about 30 minutes in the patient room. When the dentist finally came in, he looked at my X-rays but didn’t address my main concern—my fillings. Instead, he mentioned submitting authorization for a root canal. That was fine, but nothing else was done that day besides a basic cleaning. I had to schedule another appointment just for my fillings. At my next visit, the dentist was incredibly aggressive. Even though he numbed me, I kept flinching and complaining from the pain, but he ignored it and just said I had deep fillings. I left in so much pain, and after the numbing wore off, it only g

HORRIBLE from beginning to end. would not recommend for ANYONE, if you already have to pay for procedures, might as well do some research and find a dental office who is caring and compassionate, also worthy of your time and money. too bad there isn't a negative star option.

Horrible place would not recommend, go anywhere else. Dentist rushes through his procedures that need and leaves your mouth in extreme pain for so long. My family has gone there for years and the mistreatment I’ve received from this place is phenomenal. Rudest receptionist they could have ever hired, unwilling to cooperate. Had to leave because of how way she treated my family, even when one of my kids was is terrible pain. Never coming back here again!! Choose another dentist for your family before you get mistreated. If you should trust any review it should be this one.

I Love this dental practice! They are so kind and professional. Dr. Sachdev’s team is great! They are thoughtful, thorough and gentle. Dr. Sachdev is so good at root canals! I didn't feel a thing and there was only a tiny bit of soreness the next day. I am so grateful to have found a dentist I am not afraid to go to!

I've been to Dr sachdev since 2019 when I came in for a second opinion from what western dental wanted to do and im glad I stayed. He is kind, patient and understanding when he knows you are nervous about any procedure. His front end staff is great and always welcoming.
