Family Dental Care of Honeoye

Wish I could give zero stars for the new lady at the desk. Hygienist has great in all the years I have been going there. Dr. Aaron has been amazing as well. I have been going to this office since Canandaigua years ago. The new desk lady that has taken over in 2023 has been nothing but rude. She told me she has to see if my family of 7 can be patients there still because of “too many missed appointments” 1 appointment I missed because of an emergency c-section (which she tried to charge me $50 for) 1 appointment my son missed and it was definitely my fault because I forgot to change the appointment in my calendar when they called to change it. My husband missed one appointment which was never confirmed. How are u telling us my entire family can’t come back after 2 actual missed appointments

I love the staff. Dr Ernan is so kind and sweet that I referred my daughter and grandson to him. Dr Ernan replaced a crown per my request and I have no more problems chewing after 15 years of problems. I don't have any stress when going to the dentist because he is that good. Seriously he change eating for me.

Came into office for a cleaning and they “wouldn’t touch me” until I got rooting and scaling done in Rochester. Went to Rochester and they said they weren’t sure why I was there I didn’t need it. Got a second option at a different dental office who also agreed I didn’t need it.

I've been going to Family Dental Care of Honeoye for a few years now and would recommend them to anyone and all ages. I had a problem with a tooth recently and they sent me for a second opinion and told me about other options at other dentist offices I had as far as types of anesthesia etc. but I chose to have it all done with them. The office is friendly and efficient and professional all at the same time. After the appointment, the Dr. will suggest exactly what shape each tooth is in, but there is no uncomfortable pressure to do more work. It's not easy to get satisfaction from any healthcare provider nowadays but this group takes good care of their patients. And pays close attention to insurance offerings.

Everyone in this office is professional and extremely friendly! I have always felt at ease and well taken care of like part of the family. I always look forward to seeing them all. Dr. Ernan has gone above and beyond for me numerous times. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist.
