I am writing to share my experience so that others are fully informed before choosing this dental office. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience while receiving a crown procedure. During the process, the dentist trimmed down several of my surrounding teeth and exposed one of my tooth nerves, which caused me significant pain. The discomfort became severe, and I later sought care from another dentist for a root canal. At that appointment, I was informed that the nerve in my tooth had died and that I required a root canal to address the infection and ongoing pain. I was told this was the cause of the persistent toothache I had been experiencing. From the beginning, the dentist was unprofessional and dismissive. i had the worst experience here while getting a crown done. the dentist was rude and didn't seem like he cared about his patients. i had to return multiple times just to get my temporary crown glued back in again because it kept falling out. during drilling, i could feel everything. it was so painful, and no anesthetic or numbing gel was given to me. to top it off, they called me 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell me that my permanent crown was not in yet, while i was already on my way. waste of time and gas. this office is unprofessional, disorganized, and lacks basic patient care. i would not recommend

I had my semi annual dental cleaning wish Ashli Anderson and she was great! She explained what she was doing when starting with gum measurements then without me even asking she explained in laymen’s terms what the numbers that she called out mean for gum health, explained reasons for the difference in numbers and possible causes, and why it’s important to note them. She talked to me about how my dental needs may change with anticipated medical changes. She answered all my questions and gave advice. She was friendly and I felt listened to; she took the time to make me feel like I was getting quality care.

We went to this dentist for a few months. There was some miscommunication between our insurance company and the dentist office. We called our insurance company and after awhile they got in contact with the Dentist (Bertram Hughes) so we could clarify why we were overcharged on services we're insured for. He picked up the phone and after the insurance company tried to get some answers from him, Bertram Hughes states "That sounds like a you problem," and hung up the phone on my wife and the insurance company. I went in to their office to clarify some things with insurance and get paperwork so we can change our dentist. When I went to make a appointment for my grandson, I asked did they take medicaid. The receptionist said yes, l told her it was for my grandchild. She insults me and says not for adults. I look at her and said ok. She assumed I was on medicaid. The day of the appointment my grandson and I waited to be called. When they called him I couldn't go to the back with him. The receptionist said the back was too small and it was in the disclaimer. I informed them he will not be back. Mind you he just three years old. He cannot articulate his words good enough and they are strangers. The Dentist comes out and asked me what good would do for me to be back there. I laughed in my head and told him I'm not comfortable leaving him with strangers. Things bad happens all the time. Duh anyways they recom
