Family Clinic of New Albany

Brittany Clark and her clinic were very helpful to my urgent medical emergency on a holiday. She took time away from her family just to treat my condition. This shows you how much she cares about people, even those who she isn’t their primary provider. Couldn’t recommend this clinic more!

I have always had an excellent experience at the Family Clinic of New Albany. Brittany Clark and her staff are incredibly caring and supportive, and the office staff is just as fabulous.

I was referred to this office so this was my very first time being here. What a very nice staffing team they have. Nurse Faith has a lots of patience, and amazing at what she does and very nice. NP Georgia I think that's her name did an amazing job even though she had me in alots of pain but she are a very nice person. If I wasn't so far away and was looking for a new Dr. Office this would be the place.

Today, I had to have my DOT medical card to renew my CDL. My spouse called Family Clinic of New Albany- young lady by the name of Amanda said to come on, she would fit me in. As soon as I entered, friendly and efficient. Got called back, again the young lady was friendly and efficient. Mrs. Heather Bishop came in, extremely efficient and just a really nice person. If I did not live so far away- this would be my new clinic. I can honestly say, I have never said I've enjoyed a doctors visit, today I did!

Was great until they referred me to a specialist that costs $35 vs $20 co pay. Then they decided they “weren’t my primary provider “. Even though they were the one who referred me. After taking $40 per FMLA paper work file for about 6 years, they said they couldn’t handle it any more. Caused me all kinds of problems with my fmla for work. So all you have to do is fill out a form and fax it for $40 and you can’t do that? Never go back. I don’t know what happened to that place, but I’ll never set foot in it again. Red med all the way. To have me and my kids in there for Over 5 years and say you’re not my primary provider? Bye.
