Family Care Specialty Pharmacy, Rock Hill SC

I transferred my prescription from CVS. After the exceptional & friendly service I received, I will continue to use Family Care. I initially spoke to Hannah when I called. She was professional & provided me with excellent customer service. When I arrived to pick up my refill, I was greeted by a very friendly guy who was super helpful. It was only by chance that I started using this pharmacy, but I now wish I had been using them from the beginning.

Family Care Pharmacy is the most trustworthy and customer oriented business I have ever encountered. When I had an issue with my provider, Rakesh Patel stepped in and resolved the matter to my great satisfaction. His focus and dedication to customer satisfaction is exemplary! I would highly recommend Family Care Pharmacy!

Family care specialty pharmacy located in the Harris Teeter shopping center across from the CVS pharmacy at 2760 Celanese Rd Ste 102, Rock Hill, SC 29732 is a Compounding Pharmacy - that’s a tremendously helpful specialty, which is uncommon. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them as a family owned pharmacy who doesn’t look at its Patients as numbers.

DONT worry if you DESPERATELY need a medication thag is on back order… they have it, and WONT accept new patients for it. :) Updating to give 3 stars because at least the pharmacy technician was nice to me!

I couldn’t recommend more this Pharmacy. Unfortunately I’m a regular there due to a bunch of medical problems, but they make it a lot easier for me, they are always very kind. The packaging on medication is done very well, customer service is excellent, and they have a pretty good selection of vitamins, CBD products, and overall medical products for a fair price. If you’re looking to get a new pharmacy and you try to be conscious about supporting small businesses— this is exactly what you’re looking for!
