This is an initial review for starters i debated even writing a review however the receptionist first impressions mean a lot the young lady at the office desk was not pleasant i smiled with no smile returned you don't know how someone is feeling going to the Dr. You should always have a smile or be pleasant for someone who may not be feeling well but maybe this was an off day for her it happens the young lady who assisted later from the allergy desk was very pleasant i have been a nurse for 24 years I've worked in many areas of medicine and bedside manners can make or break an interaction as a patient it's important to feel heard the Dr. Was in the room no more than 5 minutes and heard is the last thing i felt i find myself debating if i will attend the follow up although I've been followi

I really wish that I took my son (7 years old) to see Dr. Matallana sooner. I made an appointment because zyrtec wasn't cutting it anymore for allergies. He was still congested, had shiners, snoring, and was mouth breathing. He had 2 or 3 ear infections within a year or so. One was a little resistant but then it cleared up. Nothing super crazy. He failed a hearing test once, then at the retake with his regular pediatrician there was an issue with the machine. He wasn't complaining at all and seemed fine so we moved along. When I took him to see Dr. Matallana, he uncovered so many issues that I felt horrible for missing but he didn't make me feel judged at all. My son's tonsils were SO enlarged. One was a grade 4. His airway was very narrow. He failed the hearing test there. Dr. Matallana

My daughter suffers from nose bleeds and have went to multiple ENTs paying over $1000 per treatment. Thank God I found this place...I was charged $225 and delta a wealth of valuable information from the doctor. I am forever greatful!!!!!!!

My daughter had to bring my grandbaby here. And they made me and the other kid's go out. If I wouldn't have came did they expect her to leave the other 2 in the waiting room alone and unattended? Mind you the youngest is under 1 year old. AND THE TITLE SAYS " FAMILY ". That's absolutely insane. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I’ve been seeing Dr Mat for many years. He is the most knowledgeable in his field in my opinion. He always takes time to answer my questions with a smile. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. And the staff are great & efficient too.
