Falls Church Urgent Care & Walk-In Clinic

I really enjoyed my visit to this office. I felt the doctor and the staff were very concerned and attentive about my health and test results too. I do recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a primary physician medical office. They are very good as far as accepting insurances and caring about the patients. The doctor listens well and also lightens the mood as well with his sense of humor. The waiting was not very bad, but I would recommend going in on a less-busy day in the week..I definitely plan on continuing at this office!

I am impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy of this urgent care. Regardless of their busy schedule, I didn't feel like I was being put through a patient mill, but instead their doctor truly wanted to address my concerns. I highly recommend them, and I will strongly suggest you to make an appointment, as they are busy to provide the best care for patients as their primary care and urgent care facility.

I took my 3 year old son here today for an issue that wasn't going away, and I couldn't get in to see her pediatrician. There was no one in the waiting room when we arrived, and we were seen, consulted with, and sent on our way with a prescription in less than an hour! They were so kind and sweet, especially to my little daughter. Would use them again and recommend to everyone.

This is the worst clinic you can go to save yourself!! I went in there one time and they told me my insurance went through and after 6 months they send me bills stating my insurance did not go through. Not just that they expect me to pay for the visit which never took place. Apparently i am not the only person this has happened to, my relatives made the mistake of going here as well and now they are getting bills after more than a year? They need to tell people up front if there insurance covers their visit or not rather than lying that insurance covers and then throwing a huge bill at patients. When i called and asked why they had told me my insurance went through, if they had told me it had not i would have waited and gone to my family doctor. Sorry for such a long review but they are ru
