Cortashia (the receptionist) is absolutely amazing. She always goes above and beyond to help with my babies and makes sure we are all taken care of. She fits us in, works around our schedule, and is so very patient when we come in. (My kids LOVE her). Literally the best human all around! ❤️

Today, while attending my child’s doctor’s appointment, I witnessed an unfortunate incident involving another patient who spoke very rudely to one of the receptionists. Despite his aggressive tone and disrespectful behavior, the receptionist remained calm and professional, calling her supervisor for assistance. Unfortunately, the patient continued to speak loudly and disrespectfully, creating a very uncomfortable environment for everyone in the waiting area, including my child. I understand that medical offices can experience delays due to emergencies or patients requiring extra care. It’s important for all of us to remember that these situations are part of providing quality medical attention, and a little patience and kindness goes a long way. Because I am on my way to pick up my daughter for an appointment at Fall Hill, I was reminded of the incident that occurred at our last visit about a week or so ago. My daughter has been a patient at this practice for about four years and I have always appreciated the care and professionalism I’ve received. On my most recent visit, however, I was taken aback by an interaction that left me reconsidering my continued care here. As usual, Cortasia greeted me warmly and let me know I was checked in. Shortly after, another staff member approached and asked for my copay, even though it had already been taken care of (I over paid at a sick visit). The exchange that followed became unnecessarily tense, and I felt uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. I value the years of good experie

Horrible experience would not recommend bringing your newborn or childern here. Doctor. S told me everything is fine with my 1 month old but to breastfeed and formula feed to help her gain weight and we agreed just to turn around call cps for no reason at all. Then I was suppose to have a doctors appointment with a new doctor at this office but just got the call that my child can no longer be seen.

Two out of 4 of my kids had their first visit this past Saturday, and all I can say is I have been searching for a practice (close to home) like this for years! Everyone, from scheduling, check-in, nursing staff, (on the phone and in person), and the doctor were amazing! Everyone was friendly, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, all of my concerns were addressed and questions answered. As a previous medical professional myself (18 yrs), I can, with confidence, say that what I have experienced with this practice so far, they are top notch.
