Falcon Point Post Acute

The Outpatient Rehab Services offered by Falcon Point Post Acute has been a wonderful extension of their services. My 96-year-old mother stayed there after a pace maker procedure. After 23 days of skilled nursing and physical therapy, she was offered Outpatient Rehab Services to continue at home. Either Sydney, Brian, and Arland come weekly to the house and spend 30-45 minutes helping her with physical and occupational therapy. These sessions have made her stronger, steadier footing, and improved her balance. They are expertise in their fields, professional, pleasant, and have a caring attitude. I would recomment the Falcon Point Acute Care and their Outpatient Rehab Services that they offer for home care.

Falcon Point Post Acute has been a wonderful partner in providing quality care to our seniors in the Katy and Sugar Land community. The staff is professional, the facility is well-run, and the overall experience reflects a strong commitment to patient-centered care. This place was an absolute nightmare!! Never send a loved one here. The entire place smelled like urine and the staff didn’t care about the patients. He would hit the call button and we would time the response and it was over an hour multiple times…when we would go out into the hall we would see the staff just talking. This is just a terrible place….its run down and paint was pealing. None of the staff was friendly or had a smile on their face…all should be let go. Could not get out of this place fast enough. It will kill your relative.

I’m an EMT who comes to this facility often to pick up and drop off patients. Most of the patients I pick up are dirty and smell like they haven’t been washed in days. As soon as I walk in, the odor is intoxicating , and the hallways also smell putrid. Sometimes it’s so strong it makes me feel like I’m going to throw up. I’ve also seen several signs of patient neglect, like Foley catheters not being changed, patients not being bathed, and basic needs not being taken care of. Overall, it doesn’t feel clean or safe for the patients or for anyone entering the building. Do not send your family members and relatives here.

This place needs new management. James and Jereco is a joke. The ADON you can barely understand what she says and she don’t have any answers to the question we ask. This place never has linen, my mom couldn’t receive a bath. The nurses are rude and you can never find a CNA. We removed our love one from this facility. We came to management with concerns a few times but nothing got better. .
