Faith Haven Senior Care Centre

I was admitted here for rehab and wound care for partial amputation on left foot. My care and treatment was done very well and professionally. I had a real pistol of a room mate the nurses and cna’s were great with him they had the patience of a saint with him and he was a handful. The food there was very good and plentiful if I needed more just had to ask. Everybody treated me with kindness and respect and we’re all happy for me when I finished and was discharged. I didn’t know what to expect but was way better than I thought it would be. Thank you all for the top notch care.

Wouldn't take a love one there unless you want them to decline. My MIL was a resident there and suffered a major medical issue. Unfortunately it wasnt caught in timely manner and now she has permanent disabilities. Update: Unfortunately she has passed away from this

Don't send your loved ones here. My grandfather was left in piss with skin flaking all over his face. It always smells like pee. This place is filthy and hygiene is virtually inexistant for immobile patients. If I could give less than one star I would. Negligent!

I love this place! My mom is there! She is well taken care of! She loves the food! Everyone I’ve met is very nice! Lacey is a god sin I don’t know what I’d do without her help! I’ve never met her! But working & talking with her! You’d think we knew each other for years! Very personable! Always answered my calls day or night! Would love to meet her in person! Corey is also a big help! Very easy to talk with! Chassidy is also a big help! With all our questions! Very happy with all the staff!

Clinical staff is mostly good and seem caring if overworked. They do not seem to have enough clinical staff. Administrative staff, however, is impossible to reach and does not return phone calls. We have been trying to contact the social worker for days and leaving voicemail and no return call. We are waiting to hear news on a transfer request for my mom and are unable to get any information because no one will return a phone call or answer the phone. I don’t understand places that don’t return phone calls. I would be fired if I didn’t return phone calls.
