Poor communication! I called in to change my appointment, just to find out they had been involuntary discharged as a patient because I owed a balance. Everything happens for a reason. I have been looking for another family practice anyway due to always having problems getting my prescription on time and the cookie cutter dialogue from Dr. Lopez. Do better with the communication!

Dr Anderson is attentive to my needs as a patient she takes the time to listen to my medical concerns, responds in layman's terms. It is a blessing to be treated with compassion and respect! I was not rushed through my appointment. Speaking with Dr Anderson was like talking with good friend who cares, I was very comfortable asking questions about my health, my concerns were addressed respectfully.The nurse was compassionate, professional , friendly and thorough. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. I was treated with compassion and integrity.
