Faisal, Mohammad MD PA

I traveled over two hours, one way to ensure that my 78 year old mother , Clara M. Weatherspoon attended a consultation appointment with Mohammad Faisal, MD PA on 6/6/24. When I arrived, I was told that my mother’s appointment was canceled. Per the office staff, due an emergency! I was given a 24 hour cancellation notice, like most appointments require when the customer cancels an appointment. I indeed understand that unforeseen circumstances happens. But what I don’t understand is 1). The lack of respect I was given when Dr. Mohammad Faisal staff informed me of the situation. 2) The disrespect and nonobservance of what took place in order to ensure that my elderly mother got to her appointment. 3) No attempts were made to resolve the issue; by offering me the very next appointment availa

There is no doctor there they only have nurses practitioner to talk to you. Every one is nice .They should have video call visit tho . Such a wasted of time to drive hours to only be talking about the same thing for 5 mins.they didn’t even check stomach or anything physically. I would give higher rating if they have virtual visit for someone who live far.

The doctors office staff are very sweet and are always doing whatever they can to help you. The upper scope i had no problems with nor did i have any really unusual problems from the lower scoping. Ive only met the doc one time right before i was put to sleep but other than that this is a good clinic to me. Ive been with this clinic for about 6mo before writing this review.

Dr. Faisal is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. The staff is great! I had a consult and an endoscopy done and I couldn't ask for a more professional setting. Before the endoscopy everyone was very compassionate and caring. Donna, Vivian, Erick and Sherry were excellent, loving and very professional. I highly recommend this office.

I'm not one to leave reviews. But I'm going to leave one here. Three times I have been to see this doctor. Each time I specifically requested to see Dr Faisal. And each time they stuck me with the PA. And every time I have left their office with the same questions I had before I spoke to them. I felt like I was rushed out the door and postpone a later date. My advice to someone attempting to seek treatment here would be to try to find a different specialist. Because this practice is definitely lacking Doctor-patient counseling and communication.
