My husband came in for a walk-in visit in September. Instead of informing us to go to a PCP or giving actual medical guidance, Dr. Kimball stated *she* would refer us to the specialist he needed. Her exact words were “balls in my court” for that said referral. After a month of waiting, we learned she never even finished his visit on MyChart. We were then billed 3 months later for that 10 minute walk-in visit without any referral, prescription given, or even a follow-up from her nurse. Needless to say, we do not recommend care at this clinic.

One star. Stay away from Fairview Regional Medical Center in Fairview, OK-their billing is a total nightmare. Got hit with a $773 thyroid ultrasound bill marked miscellaneous with no CPT code, then they flipped to $439 on the phone, emailed a fake code 800556, and finally took $463.80 after dragging me through calls and no callbacks. No good-faith estimate, straight violation of the No Surprises Act. As a self-pay patient, I shouldn’t have to fight for basic honesty. The clinic and nurse are nice enough but the front hospital billing office before you go to get any ultrasound or labs done they scam you blind. Avoid if you can-go elsewhere. Okeene Hospital only charges $328 for self pay thyroid ultrasound vs Fairview Hospital billing of $773, ridiculous.

My doctor Raegan is amazing. But I was referred to radiology for an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech was completely rude at the beginning of the procedure. I had simply asked “oh we can’t watch?” Because where I’m from they let you see the screen. She rudely replied “this is for diagnostics not for entertainment!” For someone going through a lot right now you would think she would have been more professional and nice. I’m not sure her name but she had dark hair and tattoos everywhere. Just completely uncalled for to be unprofessional the way she was. And I will be bringing it up to my doctor as well.

I am very thankful to have Robbie as my primary physician. Without hesitation I consider Robbie and her staff to be on top of all my previous health care providers. One can easily see that she enjoys her job and obviously obtain great results. The Fairview Regional Medical Center shold be very proud of having her on the staff

My husband and I have always Doctored here. We've seen about all the Doctors at sometime or another & haven't had any problems. We use the lab here and the Lab Technicians are wonderful!
