Fairview Pharmacy - Chisago City

I never really had a problem with any of the pharmacies that Fairview has, but I just wanted to say they went out of their way yesterday. An emergency that I needed a glucose monitor and I was able to get mine early because I had one that failed. The ladies and the guys down there are compassionate about their jobs and I thank them for this., And they care for the people

Wow the looks you get when your right!!!! This place has been messing with my meds. As my chart says sink all meds and they continue to fail. And then I call and lady didn't hang phone up I heard them talking shit about me and called them out. Tried to lie but then she's said it was her and she was sorry.. These employees need new training and need to do what's on yr chart not whT they wanna do!! I will be moving all my meds outta yr facilities. No reason for a person to be treated that way. There's reasons I need meds and they make is hectic for people. And the attitude they give ppl all them need to be written up. You are so disrespectful

Was told 15 min wait for a prescription to be filled. after 25 min of waiting I checked back at the desk just to be given attitude and a response from someone who couldn’t even be bothered to return to the window to talk to my face. Just said “a few more minutes” from around the corner, honestly couldn’t even tell if she was talking to me at first. Rude and slow staff. Recommend getting scripts filled elsewhere.

Stayed past closing by a few minutes to ensure my husband could pick up a prescription for my son. Super helpful and attentive. Amazing customer service!
