The vet practice is great. I have no problems there. The groomer though, don't waste your time & money. I sedated my dog to be groomed and she said she couldn't get everything done. She did the hair in front of her eyes, around her but and around her paws. AND CHARGED ME FOR A FULL GROOM. My dog didn't look a bit different than when she went in. Im not the type to argue about it with them, I just won't be going back and will warn others not to do the same. When I got home I took matters into my own hands and trimmed her with my clippers and had no issues. She doesn't look great but at least she doesn't have all that hair anymore. I just feel like she took advantage of the fact I said my dog would be difficult and didn't even give it a solid effort.

I can’t thank this hospital enough. After my turtle passed unexpectedly, they got me in within 20 minutes to confirm everything and were so compassionate through the whole process. They didn’t even charge me their normal exam fee — they just wanted to help. In a really difficult moment, their kindness and understanding meant the world to me. I’ll always be grateful for the care and respect they showed.

I love the Doctor! He is very kind and attentive to my fur child. He takes the time to answer all my questions and gives great advice. This location has a lot of live animals in the lobby. Ranging from a giant tortoise to cockroaches. It’s a lot of fun to walk around and see the variety of animals.

Dr. Schwartz is our go-to exotic vet, and for good reason. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all species and has helped us with everything. He sees all of our parrots and is always prepared for whatever unexpected wildlife we might bring in. His passion for what he does is obvious, and he truly cares about every animal that comes through his doors. His staff is excellent, and you never know what kind of crazy critter you’ll see in the clinic on any given day! On top of that, he’s one of the most affordable exotic vets around, which is rare. While we do trust other vets when he’s closed, Dr. Schwartz is always our first choice, and we’re lucky to have learned so much from him over the years!

Love the Vet he’s down to earth, doesn’t try selling vanity pet fluff, just keeps our 3 fur babies healthy.
