The best dentist I have ever been to Dr. Matt is very cordial, informative and sincerely asks if you have any questions about the care you are going to recieve. Dr. Matt's Dental Assistant Brenda is just as polite and thoughtful throughout the entire treatment time. I'll definitely recommend and continue using Fairfield Dental Clinic for all my families dental needs. Much obliged y'all.

Wonderful experience! As a person who has an aversion to dentists, I went to Fairfield Dental Clinic when several problem teeth could no longer be ignored and were causing so much pain. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful. Dr Jones was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The referal he made was to an excellent resource who also provided exceptional service. All thanks to the friendly excellent service and quality referal network Dr Jones has outlined for his patients. A huge thank you to Fairfield Dental Clinic!

over slept and when I called to let them know I was late and sorry the receptionist was extremely rude and said I couldn't reschedule because I wanted the Drs time when the apt I took over was a cancelation.. very rude receptionist glad I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would never go in future just do to help attitude and disposition. she's in the medical field stuff happens

The old man doctor I can't remember his name drilled a hole in a tooth he wasn't suppose to work on and left it! thinking I won't notice that he did so. I was a patient here and on my last day he drilled a hole thinking I will come back. I went to another dentist to get him to verify that the previous doctor did in fact drill it out ( I had up to date X-rays) ! He didn't seem interested in helping me out in that manner however was very professional and good people. I'm talking about the one in Richland, Iowa. Won't recommend this place at all!! they look at you as a customer and not a patient!!
