Vet was very rude to me. I was there a few times, finally had it with the rude comments and terrible assumptions. Love my animals had my cat for 20 years, her comment was, "I bet you'll be relieved when he's gone." Who talks like that? I told her no! Why would you say that? Just disgusting to talk to someone like that. That cat slept next to me for 20 years! He was my bestie!

Love the staff,…..we had a little white cat for 23 years and on the way from new Ulm to Fairfax she gently passed away. They took care of everything we needed she had died of old age.Two days later a friend called an said she found a half drowned little tabby he was sick and needed help so we drove to Fairfax picked him up and went around the corner to the vet. We named him Louie. He was sick with pneumonia so lots of love and the skilled staff at Fairfax vet clinic . Louie is a year old and 10 pounds. Thanks Dr Katie Harry and Ginny Boykin

I do not recommend this vet to anybody that sincerely loves they're animals. As the daughter of a veterinarian myself, I was HIGHLY disappointed in the lack of try and care that this 'vet' provided. If you love your animals, do not bring them here - it is not the same since Diane left. We brought our 3 week old kitten in because he was showing signs of needing immediate attention. She did not consider anything that I had to say, nor did she check for anything other than a heart rate. Fluids were administered, but other techniques that could have been used were not considered. Unfortunately, after sitting in my truck for a good hour attempting to decide if I should put him down or not..I came to the conclusion that he needed to. I will never pay this clinic for any services going forward un

Bright and kind is how I would describe Dr.Steffl. She has been very thorough and patient with us exhibiting her understanding for our concerns while offering best care for our paw boy. The clinic staff is beyond helpful when on the other end of the phone and super welcoming in person. I really can’t say enough good about the services we have received, and it is comforting to know they are all there when we need them.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. The entire team is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly goes above and beyond for both pets and their owners. Dr. Steffl is exceptionally kind—genuinely caring, and easy to talk to. She takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure you understand completely.
