Great experience... Initially. I had a timely and we'll done test and was then told that a different doctor would then come in to follow up. Mind you, I already received my diagnosis. After nearly an hour of waiting I notified the staff and left. They asked me to stay a few more minutes, but I refused. My time is important too. You'd think that I would get contacted in some way, since this conferring with another doctor was somehow necessary. A call. An attempt to reschedule. A relaying of information. An "we are sorry." Nothing. Except the bill, of course.

I recently visited Dr. Sarah Blank at Fairfax ENT as an adult patient dealing with a persistent ear infection. I was experiencing pain, pressure, and reduced hearing for sometime before finally making an appointment—and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The wait time was minimal—maybe 15 minutes before I was called back, which I really appreciated. Dr. Blank was warm, attentive, and incredibly thorough in her exam. She explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing through the visit. She diagnosed the infection and started treatment right away. The audiologist doctor and the front desk stuff was nice but dr Egan himself seemed to be very cold and dismissive on my both visits. I will not recommend him at all.

Excellent facility and excellent doctor. Dr. Timothy Egan is truly exceptional. He worked with me through two surgeries and a very complicated sinus issue finally bringing me back to health! You cannot do better than him and this office!

Extremely Disappointed – He Sees You as a Dollar Sign, Not a Patient Our experience with Dr. William Kennedy was deeply disappointing. At first, he came across as friendly and willing to explain things. He quickly recommended surgery (tube placement and adenoidectomy) for my daughter and assured us that the adenoids would not grow back — which turned out to be misleading. On the day of the surgery, his entire attitude changed. He was cold, dismissive, and unwilling to answer basic questions. I assumed he might just be busy or stressed, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, things only got worse. At the post-surgery appointment, he barely spent 6–7 minutes with us.
