Fairborn Medical Center

I've been here a handful of times. Wait time is always pretty short in the waiting room, and the nurse and doctor/pa are prompt to come and see me. I appreciate that the waiting room has fun things for kids too. Overall very positive experience with staff.

Dr.Conde is wonderful, her nurse Sarah is great. The front staff is helpful and nice. I have been happy with this office. My one issue, I can not see my doctor when I am sick or need an urgent appt. Dr.Conde works a limited schedule, stop filling up her schedule with new patients. That makes it nearly impossible for her established patients to get in and be seen when needed.

"You're not sick." They tell you to show up 15 minutes early, you know, to reduce your waiting time. Then after waiting those fifteen minutes, settle in, because you'll be waiting 20 minutes after your appointment time before the nurse even calls your name. If you bring kids with you, bring something to keep them busy for those 35 minutes, because they only have magazines in the waiting room for you to read to them. The doctor will tell you lots of helpful things, like "you're not sick", "lots of people have it worse than you", "you shouldn't blow your nose so much", and "isn't there someone who can watch the kids?" Seems the rating of this office is low but I have never heard of anyone being disappointed or dissatisfied with this Dr's office. But from my own experience this office is highly recommended and willing to go above and beyond for the patients.

Great experience !!!! This office has it all. Friendly staff from beginning to end. Gina the FNP was so kind, caring and very thorough.
