Fair Haven Pharmacy

I’ve been a customer for 3 years now, and I love this pharmacy. I like their involvement with the community and their focus on helping their community be the best they can be. They make sure all my family’s prescriptions are up to date and on time. They deliver it and are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

This is the most unethical pharmacy I've ever used. They fill prescriptions I don't need anymore (stuff for a one time event) and constantly try to deliver the prescriptions I didn't ask for, sometimes tricking my underage son into accepting the delivery. I tried to switch to a new pharmacy, but Fair Haven Pharmacy won't transfer my prescriptions and KEEPS FILLING THEM, even after I've told them to stop filling everything. They are still harassing me with phone calls almost daily. I can't get my meds at my new pharmacy because Fair Haven Pharmacy is using my insurance. They won't reverse their claims, they wont stop harassing me, and they won't transfer my prescriptions. They won't even answer the phone for my new pharmacist. They just hang up on him now when they see his caller ID.

Spoke to a man from this pharmacy who kept cutting me off as I was trying to explain the issues I’ve been running into when refilling my medicine. I called to refill my prescription last week and never heard back. As a diabetic my medicine is ESSENTIAL and they did not inform as to the status of my refill and I had to eventually call them back. This is the THIRD time this has happened. The man was rude, raised his voice, and spoke to me in an inappropriate and condescending way. He was also VERY dismissive. Not only did I have to end the call because he wouldn’t let me finish my sentence nor would he stop yelling, he proceeded to call me back THREE TIMES after I asked him to not contact me anymore and continued to yell and LIE when I said I was switching pharmacies. Never have I ever been

I think that the communication could be better with the pharmacy and clients who are getting deliveries.. they always say they will call me back and just never call me back, ever. But then there are times when they are on it so I think you just need the patience for those ughh moments. AND The delivery guys are amazing and efficient, I give them 5 stars for sure 😁

I’ve been a customer to this pharmacy since they opened and actually followed the pharmacist from another location. They are AWESOME! The owners are great people, patient and understanding and I say this because I’m a difficult patient at times. Most importantly the pharmacist has always been an extra set of eyes during my pregnancies checking my med list making sure I’m well informed. Oh and kudos to my delivery guys!
