Facey Urgent Care - Valencia

Facey Urgent care deserves 5 stars plus. They took very good care of both me and my 96 year old Mother today. They saw us at the same time in the same room by a wonderful caring knowledgeable Doctor. We were both treated in 1 hour and 15 minutes start to finish. That includes waiting for test results. The entire staff was great!! Big thank you from me and my Mother!! This was on a Sunday morning. So grateful for those who work the weekends.

Went in with a lacerated finger and was attended by Dr Behmanesh. He was so kind and relatable. He put me at ease immediately. The lady who took my vitals as well as the MA who cleaned me up and prepped me for my stitches, were so nice and friendly. It makes such a difference when you are treated with respect and kindness. Definitely the best possible outcome from a bad situation.

From the minute I entered the waiting room of the Doctors of Facey in Valencia... everyone treated me with respect and understanding. The polite receptionist took my information and payment . The nurse who attended me was very polite and courteous at the same time. It made me feel important. He gave me the necessary test to find out what I had. I waited a few minutes in the waiting room. Then I was called in to a private room. The Doctor was extremely understanding and asked the right questions to see what was wrong with me? She gave me a few medications to pickup at the pharmacy so I can be healthy again!

My son and I arrived at approximately 6:50 PM… Even though they were closing soon, the waiting room was full. They moved through the patients very quickly. The staff were Extremely polite and caring. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at an urgent care….

Care was excellent. But an urgent care center that does not open until 10am weekdays - this is UNACCEPTABLE. Pls pls review this madness (which i presume is $$$ related?). All the other urgent care centers in SCV are open at 8am. URGENT means urgent .... not come and see us halfway through the day !!! STEP UP and change this pls. Your standard response was as expected ... this conversation should be open to the public and especially the many SCV locals that i stood in a queue with at 9.30am waiting desperately to get URGENT care !!!!
