Have been using this base pharmacy since May 2004, have witnessed multiple upgrades and services inthe last 21 years. Definitely a huge improvement over the last 21 yrs.
The staff here has always been helpful and friendly. My husband is retired military and this is the pharmacy we use. My questions are always answered and any need that should a rise is accomidated in a professional and helpful manner. I am so grateful for the staff here and their knowledge
Horrible service…website never works, the automated system sucks, can’t get in touch with a live person. I went to the pharmacy to request my refills and they refused to assist saying you can’t put in for refills there. They handed me a piece of paper with the information I already tried. 0 of 5 stars. Do not recommend
I don't normally bother logging into the account to post reviews. I'm not sure what the 1 star is about. It's a small military pharmacy. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes here to get a prescription. They accept my prescriptions directly from my off-base provider, and have always been polite and professional. They get a lot of retirees (like me) and I'm grateful for their service. Keep up the good work!
Great customer service. I am very thankful for their service and support. Prescriptions are always available when I need them.
