Ezsmile Dental

I have come in Ezsmile for my braces and other dental work for about a year through the referral from my family and friends. I am so glad that my Mom brought me here for my dental care. Dr is so knowledgable and friendly. Now I am happy with my new smile and my new new goal in college. Thank you for all team members in Ezsmile dental. This is a dentist I will refer to my friends, too.

The staff here are very warming and welcoming. I came across this place through a recommendation from a friend because I did not like my old dentist. Dr Shih is very patient and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. He definitely takes his time to listen and address each and everyone of your concerns. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is in search of a dentist.

Very professional, clean, and welcoming dental office. The whole staff including the receptionist, assistants, and Dr. Shih are professional and very friendly. Every time I come in I am greeted by name, which I think is great customer service. Dr Shih is very knowledgeable and explains to you your dental situation using photographs and x-rays, is really efficient in his procedures. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

I never really write reviews, but I had quite an unusual experience. I needed a new dentist since I have different insurance, so I found this place with seem to have pretty good review I thought. Overall, the Dr. Shih was nice. However, the assistant which I learn she is also the manager was quite passive, disrespectful and didn't deliver any patient care manner. I give two stars because they seem to be careful with preventing COVID and Dr. Shih was nice and did great with the cleaning.

Dr Shih is probably one of the most hard working, patient, and caring dentist we have ever met. He takes great care of his patients with outstanding results, not only did he bare a long process with us, but did a phenomenal job and provided excellent care throughout the process.
