I told them to check insurance before coming that way which they said they did get their just for them to say it's acceptable but your copay would be 300 vs target eye care 10 dollars. Waste of time

Starting with the staff to Dr Whitford, I received professional and thorough assistance with pain in my eye. Fortunately, the staff worked me in and Dr Whitford examined and most importantly, calmly walked me through the results of his findings. The staff was informative and with guidance allowed me to have a positive experience. Thank you!

Today was my first time seeing Dr Whitford, he is very pleasant and although I did only go in for a eye exam he was very attentive to my questions and answered all of them. His staff got me in within a couple of days when i called to make an appointment and his nurses are very knowledgeable. Overall I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Wait time can vary depending on each persons appointment but i didnt mind, i dont expect to go and come out 15 min later. Lets me realistic these are people that are treating medical conditions, its not a drive thru.
