Eyes Optometry

I recently went to see Dr Ni's for eye care need after my optometrist retired. She was professional & courtesy, not only she address my vision care need, she also provide valuable medical care opinion analyzing OCT scan result, good compliment to annual physical exam. Her office is conveniently located in downtown and well maintained. Her young assistant also provides efficient help in selecting frame/lens style. When I showed her a pair of old sunglass which lost a screw, she took the patience and fixed it within 10 mins, without any charge to customer, thank you Dr Ni & Jackie :-)

If you value your time, sanity, and want basic competence, avoid this place. I walked in with a brand-new rimless frame, a valid prescription, and my old glasses—identical frame—to replicate the lens shape. The old glasses were perfectly fine, but I wanted a second pair with lenses that darken in sunlight. Simple job, right? They took everything and promised a two-week turnaround. Two weeks later: nothing. I called. Their excuse? “Two weeks was just an estimate.” As if they were dabbling in eyewear for the first time. Week three: my new glasses finally arrive—but my old ones come back in pieces. They apologized and sent them back to the lab. Nine more days pass. I get them back, now with damaged lenses. I called to schedule an appointment to have my eye checked because it was hit by a foreign object. Dr.Ni scheduled an appointment on the same day. She was very friendly and professional. The office was very clean and the equipments were well maintained.

Friendly service from the reception staff. Optometrist was knowledgeable, explained everything - just a great person. Parking and access are easy. Timely appointment, glasses arrived before estimated date. I strongly recommend this office.

I've been wearing glasses/contacts since I was 4-years-old, and NO eye doctor has ever given my prescription the time and careful attention that Dr. Ni did. I'm sad it took me until I was 30 to find her (and the best prescription for my horrible eyes!). VERY thankful to have found this place.
