Eyes of Westwood Optometry

Dr. Doyle spent a good deal of time with me during my exam. He was very concerned that I get the correct prescription for my contact lenses as my correction is somewhat tricky. Then he made sure that I got the full value of my insurance for contacts and glasses! Great service and customer support.

Dr. Doyle is absolutely the best optometrist in Westwood! I needed to get a prescription for a new pair of glasses, and Dr. Doyle did a wonderful job! He is a very thorough and compassionate doctor, and I higly recommend him. Also, compared to other places in Westwood, his prices are very reasonable, and his associates are very helpful.

(1 star only because I can't leave it blank). This place is absolutely AWFUL! I originally came here out of convenience as it is very close to work and could make my appointments during my lunch break. My first exam with Dr. Doyle went well, so I thought, but when I received my glasses I realized the prescription was wrong as I felt it was too strong for me. I was told to give it about a month to adjust to, so I did. NOPE! My eyes never adjusted to it. When I went back, Dr. Doyle seemed upset and ran another exam, only to yield the same results. When I picked up my "adjusted" glasses, I realized they added the blue tint, which I was told would be included in the price, but they made me pay an additional $60. I would have been ok with this charge if the prescription would have been fine and

I highly recommend Eyes/Dr. Doyle. This is the first time I didn’t feel rushed in an eye exam and seeing the image of my retina was a plus. The receptionist went over and above calling my insurance co for coverage info which was wrong, my insurance co mistakenly listed them. They were so nice and helpful that my BF declared early Xmas present!

I have been seeing Dr. Doyle more years than I can remember. Dr. Doyle patiently gets the exam right every time. I have mono vision where one eye sees far, and one sees close. Jean Pierre patiently helps with glasses frames and I just got contacts, so he spent a unrushed session with me on eye health, inserting and removing the contact. Dr. Doyle and Jean Pierre really look after me. THEY ROCK!
