This was by far the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. The front desk wasn’t very warm (not rude, just a bit stale), which briefly made me question the reviews—but that changed completely once I saw Dr. Nguyen. She explained everything as if it were my first time wearing glasses and contacts, and you can truly tell she loves what she does. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new eye care provider.

The doctor herself was great. Very kind, professional, and thorough. Unfortunately, the billing and front office experience completely overshadowed that. I came in for a routine eye exam to update my glasses and contact prescription. My insurance clearly covers a basic eye exam, and I approved a small additional charge for retinal imaging. At no point was I told there would be an extra contact lens fitting fee, nor was I asked for consent or given a choice to decline it. After the visit, I was surprised with an additional $60 charge that was never disclosed beforehand. When I questioned it, I was told it was “required by insurance” and that nothing could be done, and that I should call insurance myself to try to resolve it. Great friendly staff, walked in early before my appointment time and was able to get seen right away. Dr Nguyen, is amazing super friendly and knowledgeable. Explained everything in simple easy terms to understand. And gave samples and tips on what to do with my eye situations. Ty guys appreciate everyone's support.

Cane to get my son glasses and I had a great experience, Sherebiah and Sabrina helped out alot. Very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back to get my glasses next.

Took my brother for his annual check up/new prescription & I was very impressed. The techs and Optometrist,Dr. Jessica Nguyen were exceptional. This had to have been the most thorough examination he’s ever received. Kudos team!!!
