EyeCare Optical — SoDo (Orlando)

Appointment was scheduled for my dad who's 88 years old by McGruder Eye institute after surgery. I took the day off of work to take him. The place did not open, absolutely no one there. Checked and double checked, I was there on the correct day and time. The audacity. No call previous or prior stating a cancelation. I'd advise avoiding this place and seek a more professional optometrist.

Thank you so much for realizing the previous eye doctor accidently had the wrong lens in the wrong side of my sons glasses! I feel horrible he's been wearing them for so long but thankful the Doctor here caught the mistake and fixed it. Every single staff member was so nice as well, we found our new family eye clinic.

Made an appointment for my daughter months ago their 1st appointment was Nov 1st I called to confirm the appointment and the lady let’s me know the dr she schedule with don’t she children under 12 smh so when was they going to inform me! My child needs glasses these people wasted my time. How unprofessional could you guys be I mean really the day of after months of waiting! I’m jus happy I called 1st before I pulled up

It can be Very confusing....This is where Macgruder Eye Institute sends you for an eye exam. There is nothing to indicate it on the building or the entrance. Dr Boodram was very through and patient. Front staff was patient but lacked enthusiasm.

I do not recommend this place to anyone who speaks Spanish, they are racists, they treated me contemptuously because I do not speak English, my medical insurance sent me there, terrible attention, I will never come back, its a shame that my 12 years son said me, dad the people of this place were so bad with us.. the worst customer service.
