No wonder they have bad reviews. Theres like 15 people waiting outside the building hoping to enter for their VERY EARLY 8am appointment and theres no one even here, its 8:30. many people visibly upset. This is actually ridiculous. Based on other reviews ive seen these people dont deserve to have a business. Just shut it down if youre to lazy to attend to people who have appointments. Update: everyone just left very upset. Apparently the doctor that was there before quit, i wonder why. And the current doctor wasnt here today…the lack of communication is crazy. Made everyone wake up early and miss work for absolutely no reason

The worst service ever. Received a call to pick up my glasses anytime, drove all the way from my work and came on a Tuesday and the lady was not there, apparently management sent her to another location. Next time call before to be sure there was gonna be someone there, impossible, no one answered .Took the risk and drove on a Tuesday again, arrived at 12 , lady was not there apparently was lunching. Wait until 1:40 pm, nothing…still on lunch!!

Came here on a Friday to order contacts as their website says they are open as well as their front door and no one was inside… I called the scheduling appointment and they told me the office is only open on Tuesday or Thursday. How is an eye doctor only open two days a week??? Also, if this is the case then their hours of operation need to be updated as Google currently shows it as open. Very frustrating!

Reception staff is not attentive to customers. Could not explain where other partner offices were located. She had difficulty explaining that the Nona location did not offer contact/glasses eye appointments. It seemed as if this place doesn’t know how to conduct business. Waited 20 mins for reception to say they didn’t have an availability.

Do they ever pick up the phone? There’s no way to get an appointment, I’d pick somewhere else but I kinda need guarantee on prescription lenses for my daughter that doesn’t seem to work at all.
