I had my yearly exam today with Dr Covertini and I was very pleased with the Dr and the entire staff.Dr Covertini took the time to thoroughly explain the entire exam and results ..Dr Covertini is very professional and a super kind person.. She is the best !!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this optometrist. I ordered my glasses over four weeks ago and received no updates, no follow-up, and absolutely no respect for my time as a customer. I tried contacting them several times and they never bothered to call me and update about the situation. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility here is shocking. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business

The staff here are so kind and helpful. Dr. Convertini is a gem and a great addition to the team. My family loves going here.

I stopped in today to get my glasses adjusted and they did a great job. The best part was the atmosphere - they were friendly and made jokes and you could tell the people enjoy working there. Will definitely be back!
