I highly recommend this eye doctor!! They were so kind to me everytime I came in and when I brought my own glasses they got them back and all prescriptioned up very quickly!!

Dr. Bagg has been my optometrist since I was a child! He is always sweet and easygoing. Every appointment I had with him was smooth and pleasant. He’s always a professional, especially on my recent appointment. He was able to remove a small metal piece from my eye with precision, efficiency, and care! I’m glad that he is one of those doctors who only prescribes medication when it’s necessary. After removing the metal piece from my eye, he prescribed some drops for me only after my mother asked him if he could (for prevention). He wasn’t going to push us into taking medicine and I respect him for that! Thank you, Dr. Bagg, for being so sincere and experienced! And I thank the staff for being accommodating and friendly! Thank you, Eyecare Norman!!!

Dr. Bagg is amazing and very personable, also very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. He is willing to work with you through your eye issues. The staff is friendly and kind. The Optician that helped with picking out my frames was very nice and very helpful with helping me make a decision. It was a great experience from the time I walked in for my appointment all the way through to picking up my glasses. Having a fabulous staff is part of the experience.

Dr. Bagg is very professional and an outstanding doctor. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend for anyone in need of eye care! Also, staff is very kind and friendly.

I really appreciate Dr. Moore and her team. They always make me feel comfortable and seem to be willing to answer all of my questions and provide styling advice when needed. I was surprised that, when I ordered my last pair of glasses, Ian (apologies if that is not the right spelling) actually measured and marked them to ensure a good fit. My previous doctor did not do that. I know I'm in great hands here and intend on exclusively using Eyecare Norman for the foreseeable future.
