Funny how we showed up to pick up the glasses that they would not fix and someone else was also in there getting the exact same message as we got telling them they wouldn’t fix their glasses either even though it was newer than ours was so they’re just taking advantage of people every chance they get. When you’re paying over $300 for a pair of glasses, and I place won’t work with you to help you even though we were not picking you whatsoever… But lesson learned.

Do not even attempt to go here if you have been injured at work. They DO NOT accept workers comp! I would give them a NO star review, but the rating will not let me.

Scheduled an appointment a MONTH ago. They call me 2 hours before my appointment (on a Wednesday) and tell me "We just found out last week that we don't work with your insurance plan." LAST WEEK? They found out LAST WEEK and wait until the DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT, 2 hours before, to call and tell me? Great way to do business. So glad I took the time off work for the appointment.

Got in just fine, but the optometrist decided to watch another customers videos about their wedding (after dismissing them) and refusing to service me, I went to the front desk to complain about it and was told "we only have one optometrist". Well, if you only have one person able to do the work, don't you think they should be doing their work instead of watching videos? Not the first time this has happened either, multiple broken lenses and having to wait weeks for replacement. Extremely unprofessional, especially when you yell at clients for bringing up issues.

I highly recommend Dr. Coleman and her wonderful staff! Never have I seen a group so dedicated, caring, and loving. They welcome you in and make you feel right at home. I came to them August 2016 for troubled vision from a severe concussion in September 2014. Previously I had seen 4 other doctors none of whom could agree on a diagnosis, or truly explain what was wrong with my eyes. I tried therapies in Watertown and Lowville, and sadly saw no improvement. However, when I started working with this staff doing vision therapy by week two, I could see improvement. For once, in my two year struggle I knew that I could get better and I could improve. As of now I have no double or blurred vision which I came in with, and I have been brought from a reading level of 1% to 88%! Not only that but bot
