I’m giving three stars because Dr. Harden is wonderful and has excellent bedside manners. However, my experience at the frames counter was very disappointing. When I asked the red-haired staff member on the frames side to check my insurance coverage for frames, she refused to look it up and repeatedly stated only that I had a copay, without providing any further details. She also declined to look up my prescription after saying it was kept on file. Her attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which was upsetting. In the past, I truly enjoyed coming here because the staff made the experience pleasant, but this visit was completely different. Unfortunately, due to this interaction, I walked out without getting the glasses I really needed and may consider going elsewhere in the future.

Had a great experience with this optical shop! They have stylish quality frames and also worked with me in bringing my own frames to put lenses it. Their expertise in advising me on the best lens material to go with, along with their expertise in cutting the lens to fit in the frames, has made my eyeglasses look a lot sleeker (I have a heavy prescription) compared to when I have had them done at other optical shops! Turnaround time was less than 2 days. Ask for Mr. Shay! I appreciate them so much and highly recommend:)

I went to Eye Works with a serious problem after my cataract surgery. I had my exam and they were shocked at what they found. When Doctor Harden came in to see me it was gametime. He told me the problem and that he could help my vision right away. He did just that with a contact patch and eye glass subscription. I highly recommend Dr. Harden and his whole staff. Don't think that you are seeing double at the counter, they are identical twins.

STAFF is always extremely courteous, office is always clean and never have to wait long for my exam time. Without saying my age I had the same eye doctor from my hometown for 25 years he was amazing and very difficult to replace. Since moving here, I have seen other eye doctors and they were fine but Dr. Harden is exceptional and desiring to help you understand the changes that are going in your eyes. I’m very grateful to have found him and would recommend him to anyone.

Everyone was very nice with my family. My issue came when I went to pick up my glasses. They were not the glasses I chose at all. When I told them they just told me that I will have to buy another pair. I thought it was odd that I told the lady I chose a pair and gave them to her and she grabbed another pair to make the dots. I assumed they were just a standard pair for lining up my eyes. My wife and son’s glasses were fine. Kinda sucks I didn’t get the pair I chose and then to be told just buy new ones after spending $200 on this pair I didn’t pick.
