Eye Tech Optometric Center - Buena Park

Great doctor and staff, but poor lens quality. The eye exam and staff were excellent. I ordered new lenses and waited two weeks without glasses, which was very uncomfortable, but when they arrived, the lenses were defective. Now I have to wait another two weeks for a replacement. I don’t understand how defective lenses were sent without proper quality control. This wasted my time and caused significant discomfort.

My go-to optometry was Eye Tech Optometric when I used to live in California - the manager, Mr. Stillwell, would always treat me with level of respect a man wishes he gets from his wife. This establishment is not a place that cuts corners and will go above and beyond to treat their customers well, and it shows in the level of service they provide. Even after moving away from California, I still place my order with Eye Tech because their prices and services are unmatched anywhere else.

I just needed a quick adjustment on my pair of glasses and they were able to help out. Definitely recommend this place as they have helpful staff, a nice location, and looks to be a wide selection of frames.

I was looking for a location that was in network with VSP that also had comfortable glasses for my face. This place has so many asian fit glasses I'm so glad i was recommended to come here.

I strongly recommend this place. Each one of them are polite and professional in this place. It's easy to make an appointment and able to accommodate last minute visit for eye exam. Dr. Choi is great on what he does and explain the eye exam outcome results. I've been going to this place for few times and I always get the perfect vision for my contact lenses.
