Bully elders! My mom made an appointment to purchase her glasses, and was late for 15 minutes. Then her appointment was cancelled! She then made another appointment, and was on time, but they let other people go before her! And make her wait! Why would you do such to elders !

Excellent customer service! I would like to give Ron a big thanks for his service! My son stepped on his glasses and it was completely out of shape and unwearable (as shown in photo). Lucky the glasses was not cracked so I took it into the store to see if it is possible to have it fix and Ron did a fantastic job fixing it back into the normal shape (last two photos). Kudos Ron!

Wow, what an eye-opening experience—who knew customer service could be this unique? Walked in and got treated like a ghost. Maybe I wasn’t dressed fancy enough to deserve a hello? I asked about lens options and got a look that said, “You wouldn’t get it anyway.” And the answer? So vague it made me question if I was asking something forbidden. The eye exam? Lightning fast—under 10 minutes. Efficiency so high I felt guilty for taking up their precious time. Asked one extra question and the vibe turned chilly real quick. Guess I should’ve memorized their store manual before coming in—my bad! In short, if you’ve been craving the full experience of being judged, ignored, and mildly insulted, this is the place to go. Five stars for attitude, minus four for actual service. 🙂

These guys are the best! I was in the market for a pair of progressive lenses, which is totally new for me. I had a lot of questions before I walked into the store. The young girl, I forgot her name was very friendly, knowledgeable, most importantly very patient. The new eyeglasses come in earlier than the promised 1 week, and Ron patiently made all the final adjustments and tried on. I was very happy walking out of the store, with the new pair of glasses.
