Eye Q Optometry

First time as a patient me and my husband. My daughter recommended this office as she goes there. So happy this office was in our plan. It was pleasant and everybody (staff) Was polite, considerate very nice atmosphere. It was amazing experience as they showed us what frames came with our health insurance and other options if we wanted different frames. This is going to be our optometry Going forward and we will recommend to family & friends.

One of the worse Optometry ever seen. It’s fraud. They just deceived their customers.It took more than two weeks that they give false promise to get the glasses. Each time I call them , they dont respond to the phone. Now they don’t refund my money. I reported them to the San Jose police department.This business is fraud so I suggest to avoid.

Rip off and use cheap tactics to cheat customers on rates and bills. The staff is friendly and nice as long as you don't question their rates. The whole staff of employees about 5 of them including the optometrist were very dismissive and hesitant to provide transparency on the bill. Saying the laptop was not available or that the system is down and so they cannot show the rates. Felt gaslit and felt like they were trying to make a fool of the customer. After much persuasion was able to see the rates and they were trying to overcharge by over 150$. Very poor service, do not recommend this place.

Poor customer service. They do not answer emails. I came in 9/20/24 for a check up for my eyes and told them to send a copy to my email and i never got it. I watched the doctor tell the woman in the front to send the copy and I watched her say yes, to open my email and not get it is amusing and comedic.

Lots of selections of glasses. One of the largest selections of Channels and other high end glasses to choose from. Linh’s recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
