My children were new patients today and were sent with another family member on the visit . I called and reached out to the office to find out more information on what’s going on with my kids eyes. During the call I made it clear I was a new patient and I was transferred to the Tech Line where no one answered the line . I called back and spoke with someone else and they told me that is the protocol to be transferred and leave a message and at the end of the day someone calls you back. For a new patient that is the worst process I’ve ever heard of . It’s not friendly at all . After I asked to speak with the office manager who ironically wasn’t available I was informed that I could either leave a voicemail with techs or leave a voicemail. Who ever the lady is that's always on her cellphone, with the door locked , and treat elderly patients( wearing a mask too) like they are not welcome, very Disrespectful, and have them stand in hallway , with no one sitting inside, and scheduled appointment is in 10 minutes. She need to go, or learn customer service training, ir is this the way you run your business, and to think I was looking forward to making an appointment as you do take my insurance, however after what I witnessed and intervened, I will not and will spread the word. LEARN HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE.

All I can say is they take excellent care of my 93 year old dad.

I am not one to leave reviews but was very turned off. I was reffered by a friend heard nothing but good things but when I called just now to make an appt the receptionist had nothing but an attidue over the phone as if I was bothering her to make the appt. She was very snippy and rude I wound up saying nevermind and hanging up. If that's how this office treats a new patient I am good I'll find another place to go.

I made an appointment back in October they gave me a appointment for December 24. I question that day because it was Christmas Eve they said it was fine. I just called to confirm the appointment and they told me that I did not have one. THE WORST
