Eye Express

Went for an exam, the lady was very nice and there was minimal waiting! How great is that?. The prices are reasonable, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and understanding. Waiting room is large, and very kid friendly. Lots of choices concerning glasses and purchased my new pair there. No glare, transitional, flex frame, insurance, all are very good prices. The only bad thing I have to say is the wait to get them, but totally worth it- And worth the money.

I would not recommend the contact lens sale staff there. Normally, I am quite neutral with any kind of customer services as I am also not a demanding client. However, I found that the male contact lens staff (I didn't get his name) was not helpful. As I have always been to Eye Express for years at different location, whenever I got contact lens, I knew about the price match and rebate and about how much my insurance can cover. Yet when I am at this location, I kindly asked of the best deal. The male contact lens specialist (who wore a Star War tie) ignored my request. And simply told me that the price after insurance will be $130 for a year supply, after insurance cover. I kindly replied that I would not get it at this time and will call to order. Then he said "oh we have a $30 rebate

Complete incompetence from the "fitting specialist" and the manager. My daughter has Medicaid insurance and they over billed us by $100+ about a year ago. She needs new glasses again and when we went in, the "fitting specialist" did not bring up the Medicaid glasses, she only told us that we had a $100 allowance. She also said that there was no coverage for transitional lenses which is a direct lie (she has the form in her desk and admitted to it after Medicaid told us that she had it). We were told that they had given us the insurance credit on the transitional lenses last year but when speaking with them today, they said "you paid the full price for the transitional coating". What a bunch of thieves!! My entire family uses Eye Express but that just changed. The only excuse that they had

after reading the comments I had to make one myself I had a very good experience here people were very nice and did a thorough job > I was even able to get contacts!!! the doctor I went to before (when I first got my glasses 1 1/2 years ago) told me I could not wear contacts boy was he wrong!! as far as the "charging extra" they do ONLY IF YOU WANT A CONTACT LENSE EXAM and they give you a form to sign stating the extra fees in detail which the staff mad very clear to me the way it works and this is only because most insurance companies do not cover contacts. I would recommend this place staff nice large assortment of glasses etc

I dropped my glassss off on the 29th to have the lenses replaced. They couldn’t get mine out of frame so they had to send them off I was worried being without my glasses because that left me with contacts and no back up. I stated I had a trip was concerned about time frame. Got call today they were ready. I got there and they had them ready but nose pieces were not changed out I requested them to be done and she said no problem and changed them out rest customer service with I went to them for eye doctor
