Eye Express

The name of this establishment is “Eye EXPRESS” but it takes approximately my whole entire life and the sacrifice of a lamb just to pick up some glasses. No consultation, no paperwork. Just to PICK UP the glasses that took exactly two seconds to place within my hands once I finally found the perfect lamb and the Gods saw me worthy to be called. The only other thing that is Express about this facility is the expressed rudeness of the receptionist that was there at the moment. You’d think “Customer Service” would’ve been in the job description before that woman was able to apply, but what do I know? I had to sacrifice an entire lamb just to pick up some glasses. I’ve been going to this facility for a few years and thank the Gods that it’s only a couple or once a year, because it seems every

The receptionist is helpful and kind. The Doctor is fabulous!! The ordering of contacts/glasses is awful!!! Waited 45 minutes to be helped. Not sure why there are 3 employees in that area if only 1 is going to attend costumers...I would have given a higher rating if it wasnt for that!

Doctors are good but I will say after that it takes forever to get glasses. Appt took 10-15 mins I.then waited 1.5 hrs just to be called to get glasses. Even when you come to pick them up it takes awhile unless you get lucky. Front desk receptionist has good and bad days I've encountered her on both. The one bright side to this office is a young man that does the glasses. I don't recall his name but he's very polite and friendly. They should be glad to have him because he makes up for what this office is lacking.

Worst place to get glassses. The receptionist there is super rude. Website says they take walkins but apparently not that office. Or atleast not when the receptionist wants to take them. Took way to long to get my glasses. Just a bad experience wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely awful! They need to hire more people when it's time to pick up your glasses because it takes forever to just pick up glasses or get adjustments done on your glasses. Some of the workers cannot even properly speak English. Such a shame.
