Just left my appointment and wanted to say it was a great experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I arrived at 3:15 for my 3:20 appointment, got everything taken care of and checked out by 3:40. They got me exactly what I needed and weren't pushy about up-selling anything I didn't need. I will continue to return here for glasses/contact exams and prescriptions. :)

I do NOT recommend. The manager was super unprofessional. The staff was very rude towards me and didn’t help solve my problem. If I could, I’d give this place 0 stars and get all new people. So disappointed since I’ve gone there for years.

Superb All Around! Starting from the receptionist taking our appointments to office interactions with staff and doctor, the customer service was amazing every visit for my family. Dr. Jim Else is an amazing optometrist with great expertise in his field as well as being very humorous and welcoming. My family have been with many O.D. throughout 30+ years and I would recommend Eye Care Partners inside of the same building as Vision for Less to anyone considering optometry needs. A+

Showed up 9 minutes late for a 12pm appointment (tried to call ahead but no one answered). I waited 35 minutes and finally at 12:45 I let them know I had to leave. The reception staff were friendly and said I’d be up soon, but there was another person ahead of me still waiting to be seen. I can’t spend 1.5-2 hours on an eye appointment. This place doesn’t value your time. I’ll go somewhere else for my vision needs.
