Eye Care of Delaware

Today I had an appointment with the doctor and honestly, they treated me very well. I'm grateful to everyone because, even though I don't speak much English, they were very patient with me and treated me very well. The truth is, they attend to you immediately; all the nurses are there to help. It was my first time going and it was a very nice experience. I loved it and I recommend it to everyone. He's a good doctor.

Today my appointment was at 9:30. They had three people out and they were backed up. I was out of there at 10:30 and thought that was great. Did a great job even though they were shorthanded. Dr. Otto Was great answered all my questions. Great visit.

Great practice. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Dr. Boyd is awesome! Makes you feel comfortable, he has a wonderful personality and he was very thorough in his examination.

I brought my grandparents in for an appointment about 3 weeks ago and again last week and i absolutely loved every aspect of Eye Care of Delaware…up until recently. The new company they switched to or merged with has completely changed everything and not for the better. The wait time is absolutely horrible we waited almost two hours and when i got up to ask what the issue was nobody could give me an answer, they also now have patients with literal vision issues trying to sign consent forms on a tablet it’s a good thing i was there to help my grandparents but what if i wasn’t? Watching the ladies up front is honestly sad, you can tell they are extremely overwhelmed and the phone rings non-stop, prior to now my experience from beginning to end was always wonderful, needless to say whatever c

Today I had a visit with eyecare of delaware for issues ive been having with my vision. Id like to say, from the beginning, a gentleman with black sunglasses held the door for me while greeting me. Then I was greeted with a very warm smile from the blonde young girl bri i think her name was agt the front desk. After i gave her my paperwork, the same man with the sunglasses who held my door actually worked there and tookk me back to get me ready for my appointment. i can be a very difficult person when it comes to doctors, nurses, technicians whatever. But i was extremely impressed with the gentleman who got me ready for the doctor.
