Dr. Valentine and staff have been such a pleasure to work with. She truly listens and cares about her patients, making sure that you feel heard and that you concerns are important. This made my experience extremely positive as these Drs aren’t common. The staff is very pleasant and considerate. Thank you guys !
Receptionist a real bad about calling you back, but they eventually did but it took a very long time . But Dr Valentine is a great Eye Doctor but maybe she needs better Receptionist that will call you back in a reasonable amount of time to let you know if you’re insurance is going to be covered or not.
Great Caring Person & Doctor. My doctor wanted me to go to outpatient at George regional and I didn't have 300.00 dollars. It was an eye problem so God said go to the eye doctor and that was her. So blessed.
So blessed to have Dr Valentine as my eye doctor.Thank you so much for the great care and kindness The staff that work there are so caring and make you feel comfortable.
The building was very nice, the waiting room was calming. Everyone there was polite.
