Rishad is an excellent massage therapist. Being a new client, we discussed what I wanted to gain from his massage. His technique is great and it was one of the best I've had. Lower back is pain free after. I'd recommend him to everyone. Clean space, good location in a gym I'll be back

The massage provided immediate relief for my persistent back and shoulder pain and I noticed an improvement in my posture later in the day. My first experience with stretch therapy was amazing! I didn't expect anything like it, after I felt so light and unwound.
