ExpressCare Urgent Care - Loch Raven

This is for the woman who worked the front desk on 3/5/26 around 11:30 am. I wish I had gotten her name. I spent an hour on the phone with my insurance this morning trying to figure out what is in-network for my needs. The company told me that this location/company was in network, but when I got there, I found out they are, in fact, not in network. The woman at the front desk was extremely apologetic for something that was no fault of her own. She even gave me the address of a location that is in network with my provider. She went above and beyond to help me when she really didn't need to. I had a very rough morning, and her kindness was needed way more than I can explain in a Google review. She got me where I needed to be, and I cannot thank her enough.

It was a telehealth visit. The wait was a bit long as indicated due to holiday volume. Yet, the intake staff and the treating physician were wonderful once my appointed time came up. They really took the time to understand my concerns. Prescriptions were done quickly and efficiently.

The PA that I saw was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The visit was short and none of my time was wasted sitting in a waiting room or examination room with the telemedicine visit. Also, the woman that checked me in was very friendly and I understood her clearly over the phone. She explained the process perfectly and left new with no questions about what to do and expect. I give an A++ to this team!

This is always a great experience I absolutely love the telemedic appointments they work great you get to be seen by a doctor from the comfort of your own home. You also do not have to wait a long time to be seen. Triple-a experience

After being sick for the past few days I finally decided it was time to see a Dr. I signed up for the telehealth appointment, which was super easy. I think telehealth is very convenient, I'd much rather wait at home than in an office when I feel like crap. Plus I honestly think it's faster. Just answer a few questions and upload pictures of your ID and Insurance and your appointment is set. The Dr was absolutely wonderful. She listened to all my complaints and information, and even made sure to ask about my allergy to a common antibiotic. Not only did she prescribe me an antibiotic for my strep throat but she also gave me something for when the antibiotics inevitably give me a yeast infection!! Then she even gave me some tips for myself and my kiddo who also has strep. All in all this Dr w
