nothing about this place is express . The young lady at the front desk in the medical assistant were very nice. Once the medical assistant placed me in the room. I waited for over 30 minutes for the provider. we got placed in the room around 5:20. I waited in the room until 601 thinking the provider may have taken a 30 minute break. no one ever came in so I went to the front desk and asked to be removed from the queue just so I don’t get billed.

I have not been a patient at Express Care Festival in YEARS, yet they somehow charged $50 to my personal credit card without authorization. When I called to question the charge, I was told it was for my daughter's account. Let me be very clear: my daughter is now an adult. Their excuse? That I “gave permission” to use my card when she was a minor years ago. That is NOT authorization to charge my card today, without notice, for an adult patient's balance. This is a blatant misuse of stored payment information. Even worse, Express Care refused to remove the charge despite acknowledging that I wasn’t the patient AND that the payment was tied to an outdated minor-status authorization. They offered zero accountability and left me with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card comp

Let me start by saying the staff here has always been kind, and I’ve never had any major issues in the past. But after my most recent visit, I honestly would not recommend coming here unless you absolutely have to. Your best bet is to go to your primary care doctor, and if you do end up here or at a Patient First, make sure you really advocate for yourself. I visited ExpressCare on 11/28/2025 with worsening cold-like symptoms, chest congestion, and mucus buildup. I also told the nurse practitioner that I’m an EMT and had been in close contact with a patient who tested positive for RSV. I specifically requested RSV testing along with the COVID, flu, and strep tests. I was told they “don’t test people my age” (I’m 24) and that “RSV is just a cold.” My tests came back negative, I was given

Urgent care is my go to. You don’t go to the Doctors unless your really know it’s bad and try to beat it before it gets is worse than it already is My Aunt told me about Express care …..I’ve been going there for a few years now I have not had any problems . When you (lol) take the time out to go to the doctors, you expect to get medication and as well hoping NOT to be there for hours and walk out with nothing but to be told. … . You have a virus. Dr Dale this was our first time seeing her and we really liked her. Very professional and friendly. She explained everything to us and made us very comfortable with my daughters care and also the rest of her team was very nice and welcoming
