Dr. Alie is an amazing doctor! Yesterday 10/09/25 around 1'oclock I visited this office. Right from the front door, it was great. The front desk ladies were welcoming and helped with paperwork. I was seen quickly. Dr. Alie I can not say enough about her, she was professional, skilled, knowable and compassionate, personal and very easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable from mintue one. The 2 aids that was working with her, please forgive for not being able to recall your names. They were also amazing, they took me for x-rays, give me breathing treatments, and shots, professional also and very kind. Keepers for sure. Dr. Tambi was amazing he listened, he explained things clearly and took the time to make my sister feel heard. Truly a blessing, thank you Dr Tambi. Also the ladies at the front desk were so kind and considerate.

Called to see if they treated for eye care, lady told me yes, I said okay we'll be there in 45 mins (live in pa and the only one open) she said we stop taking walk ins at 845. Okay no problem, we get there its 845 on the dot and the lady behind the desk was RUDE, She kept saying we stopped taking walk ins at 845, I said yes we'll it is exactly 845, she said in a snarky sarcastic voice, we stop taking at 845. I guess she was missing her cheeseburger meal. If you stop taking patients at 845 then you should take the patient if they walk in at 845. I WILL NEVER go back or refer anyone here! So needless to say you better be there before 845, not 845 on the dot. I don't think they understand the concept of what taking walk ins at 845 means! Lock the doors if your not going to do as you say! STA

I visited ExpressCare due to illness, as I couldn't schedule a doctor's appointment until after Christmas. The treatment provided, including a throat rinse, cough medicine, and ibuprofen, was ineffective. Over two weeks later, I continue to experience symptoms, including spitting up green phlegm. I'm disappointed with the care receive. This is the second time I've been misdiagnosed at ExpressCare.
